Fantastic place for a vegetarian to enjoy great variety of innovative dishes. We tried the foie gras which even my non vegetarian friends approved of. The menu changes daily. They also have a selection of cocktails. The Onigiri was exceptional! The burger was average.
The gentleman who attended to us was very kind and patiently explained everything in English.
I recommend reserving a table.
If you are vegan and love burgers then this the happy for you. Nice and cozy environment, they explained menu in detail (in English too) so you understand ingredients inside.
Although it’s vegan but not very healthy potato fries and burger patty seems very oily (I automatically considered in mind that vegan means very healthy)
And prices seems over..

So incredibly happy to find a vegan restaurant in Toulouse with such wonderful food. The burgers were truly delicious, the potato wedges were perfectly crisp and the vegan steak was scrumptious. As someone with both milk and egg allergies, I had no need to worry at L'Embargo, as even the chocolate dessert was no problem for me to eat! Couldn't recommend this restaurant more to all vegans or to anyone looking for unique, delicious food. Thank you to the staff for such a friendly, warm service- we will be back soon!!! 😍
Delicious “fast-food”! Very creative and delicious all vegan, organic and local dishes! Many things are home made and the ‘cheese’ is on a top French level. Try the (vegan) baked Camembert! The (Forestier mushroom) Burger was also pretty good. Service is very helpful, personal and friendly - even a few small things went wrong. And on top of the good overall impression, they play the finest old school American HipHop :) It is quite expensive, so maybe not the choice for everyday lunch / dinner, but I still love this top sustainable place!

The food is amazing, very well cooked and super tasty. The atmosphere is really cool, RAP music and Hip Hop decoration, very artistic.
Everything is 100% vegan.

For me, food was good! Really good for a veggie burger but not the best I’ve had.
As you can see, the plates look real good! The service is great. Bio food. It’s about 40-50€ per person.
